Shipping policy

UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays.
Orders will ship 1­-2 business day(s) after you order. Please refer to your order confirmation email for specific shipping details! We ship domestically and to a select number of international destinations. 

Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Total distance between us and you
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Current COVID-19 restrictions
  • Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international (everywhere else) shipment
  • What delivery method you select

ESTIMATED transit times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Standard Mail: 7-10 Business Days
Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days

If there are delays with your order, the tracking number provided will provide you the latest updates. Please keep in mind, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic there may be shipping delays that are beyond our control. If you have not received your package after 30 business days, excluding holidays and weekends; contact (sparkycatcosmetics@gmail.com).

*Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. We only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.

International delivery times vary based on how long it is with customs. Currently products have been arriving around 4-5 weeks. Soon as products are authenticated, they will be shipped out and sent to you. A link is provided by via email to track your package. 

Sparky Cat Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for any packages held by an international customs agency. You are responsible for ALL taxes imposed by your Country of residence for International delivery.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS/DUTIES/TAXES:  International shipping labels and costs do NOT cover customs fees or international taxes. This is determined by the shipping/mailing entity and is not collected by us. Any customs fees that arise upon delivery/pickup is the responsibility of the customer and between the customer and shipping entity. If you have not received your package after 90 business days, excluding holidays and weekends; contact (sparkycatcosmetics@gmail.com).

FAQS

STOLEN / MISSING PACKAGE 
If your package shows delivered please wait up to 24 hours to verify delivery before contacting USPS. Unfortunately , SparkyCat Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once the order(s) leave our warehouse, the package is in the care of USPS/ UPS. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with USPS and follow their guidelines. Try your local USPS first as they are usually nicer.

Here are the steps with a lost USPS package. First step is to call USPS with the tracking to see if they can locate it. If they can not then you must fill out a lost package report with USPS.

DAMAGED / BROKEN
 
SparkyCat Cosmetics is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you have 24 hours to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered. Understand that with any fluids there may/can be a bit of fluid (oil) that comes out of the container. Please just wipe off. If the container is broken, damaged, and there is no way to fix it, then please contact us.  If your item does arrive broken, reach out and let SparkyCat Cosmetics know.

PACKAGE SENT BACK / ADDRESS MISTAKE
When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc.

SparkyCat Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the buyer.

If the buyer makes an address mistake before SparkyCat Cosmetics receives the confirmation email, the buyer will still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting SparkyCat Cosmetics (sparkycatcosmetics@gmail.com).
