Refund policy
SPARKYCAT COSMETICS REFUND POLICY:
All Sales are Final! Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to SparkyCat Cosmetics LLC and to the buyer. Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or honor exchanges.
ADDRESS MODIFICATIONS
If you need to make any address changes to your order, please let us know within one hour of your original order placement. This excludes any order cancellations- ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL. In your email please include your name, order number, and correct/updated address. This will help ensure our best efforts to correct your order in time. Thank you for your understanding and support!
ADDRESS MISTAKE
When filling out at check out you must include your FULL address, don't forget your house/apt/unit/etc. SparkyCat Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the buyer. If the address is incorrect, the buyer will need to pay any additional shipping fees to receive the package. See below. If the buyer makes an address mistake before SparkyCat Cosmetics receives the confirmation email, the buyer will still have the opportunity to fix and correct their address by contacting SparkyCat Cosmetics (sparkycatcosmetics@gmail.com).
PACKAGE SHIPPED BACK
Please make sure the address provided when ordering is correct. SparkyCat Cosmetics is not responsible if an order is returned back to us. If an order is returned back to us, we will contact the receiver to fix the address. The buyer will need to pay any additional shipping fees to receive the package by following methods (via. CashApp, or PayPal).
CANCELLATION POLICY
It is at the discretion of SparkyCat Cosmetic LLC if an order may be cancelled. In the event of an agreed upon cancellation of goods, the buyer agrees to a $15.00 USD cancellation/ restocking fee for each transactional order. Once shipping has been initiated, the buyer has agreed there is no option for cancellation(s)/refund(s). Please contact us via email (SparkyCatCosmetics@gmail.com).
RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please note, SparkyCat Cosmetics LLC reserves the right to refuse all returns. All Sales are FINAL.
STOLEN / MISSING PACKAGE
If your package shows delivered please wait up to 24 hours to verify delivery before contacting USPS. Unfortunately, SparkyCat Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once the order(s) leave our warehouse, the package is in the care of USPS/ UPS. Customer is required to submit a claim directly with USPS and follow their guidelines. Try your local USPS first as they are usually nicer.
Here are the steps with a lost USPS package. First step is to call USPS with the tracking to see if they can locate it. If they can not then you must fill out a lost package report with USPS.

DAMAGED / BROKEN
SparkyCat Cosmetics is not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If your item arrives damaged, you will need to contact USPS/UPS with your tracking number and pictures of the package that was delivered. Understand that with any fluids there may/can be a bit of fluid (oil) that comes out of the container. Please just wipe off. If the container is broken, damaged, and there is no way to fix it, then please contact the mail carrier as all packages have insurance on them. If eyeshadow is broken, use a drop of rubbing alcohol on broken pigment, use a quarter on top of a paper towel and push down. If the container is broken, damaged, and there is no way to fix it, then please contact your local mail carrier local mail carrier (USPS/UPS/ FEDEX) on next steps. Customer must provide photos (2 minimum pictures) of the issue, including packing slip (what it was shipped in), and order number. The mail carrier will direct you on how to submit a claim with them. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (custom,taxes, import fees)
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. If packages are not claimed and sent back to our facility, we will not refund your order. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office BEFORE placing your order.
COUPONS & CODES
All discount codes are subject to approval. Exclusions may apply with each code. Upon finalizing your order, you agree to the order total within your cart. Your sale is final after check out. Incorrectly used codes, missed codes, or expired codes are not grounds for a refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
